Refund & Returns Policy

At StayReady Delivery, we work hard to ensure every order arrives quickly and exactly as expected. Because many of the items we deliver are travel essentials, personal care products, and convenience items, our return policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.
Our goal is to make every StayReady experience smooth, fast, and reliable.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in the same condition you received it

Include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Personal care products
- Hygiene products
- Grooming items
- Food or beverages
- Any item marked Final Sale
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched for delivery.
Because StayReady specializes in fast local delivery, orders are often processed quickly after they are placed.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it may no longer be canceled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item if possible
We will review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
Refunds
Once a return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery Issues
If you experience a delivery issue such as:
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
- Delivery problems
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
